LG Electronics Canada has leased 984,176 square feet at King Jane Business Park in King City, Ontario, marking Nicola Wealth Real Estate’s largest leasing transaction to date by square footage. The lease covers two buildings and will serve as a major distribution and supply chain hub supporting LG’s operations across Canada, while expanding the company’s GTA footprint by more than 280,000 square feet.
